PRICES Whilst it is our intention to adhere to the prices in our catalogue we reserve the right to increase prices should the need arise. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Some products are zero rated and are indicated by * alongside the price.

CARRIAGE/DELIVERY Carriage is charged at the rate of £7.50 on all orders. Items marked ∆ will incur an additional delivery charge. Certain remote areas of the country and offshore may be subject to surcharge, please contact our office for further information.

STEEL PRICES Whilst every effort is made to hold prices to those shown, the fluctuating cost of steel in the current market means that prices may have to be increased at any time. This will be indicated by a surcharge on the invoice.

PAYMENT Invoices are due for payment within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to withhold deliveries if your account is overdue, and to charge interest at 2.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Goods remain the property of the company until paid in full.

Accounts can be paid in cash, by cheque (made payable to Bob Woolmer Sales Ltd.), or by BACS.

RECEIPT OF GOODS We will endeavour to despatch orders as complete. Out of stock lines will be dispatched soon thereafter or substituted with similar goods. In the event of there being no alternative you will be advised to re-order. We will advise you of the action taken on our despatch documentation.

DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES Claims for shortages or goods damaged in transit must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods to our Sales Office. Please assist us by ensuring that you check the number of parcels and condition of goods at the time of delivery.

RETURNS When goods have been correctly supplied as ordered but, upon receipts are not required, the return of the same for credit will only be accepted with our prior agreement, and providing that the goods are in an unused, and re-saleable condition when received back in our warehouse, there will be a 15% handling charge deducted. Larger items, i.e. football goals, will be subject to a minimum handling charge of 20% plus the cost of return carriage.
